Bruno Moreira

Bruno Moreira Bianchini Melo is a founding partner of Instituto Inovação Group and managing director of Inventta. He was responsible for the expansion of the consulting company to the state of São Paulo. With a complete and privileged professional profile – with significant technical, business and team development competence -, Bruno is one of the leaders who think the Inventta base of solutions for the private sector and research centers.

In Campinas, he attracted a dense team, with deep technical knowledge, a taste for innovation and that goes out of its way to surprise the client.

He was an executive for Telefonica, where he was responsible for the development of new businesses and for the evaluation of telecommunication companies.

Christimara Garcia

Christimara Garcia is a founding partner of Incentivar Consultoria, a company incorporated by Instituto Inovação Group. At Inventta, she consolidated the Financial Resources for Innovation area, in which she plays an important role in the development of competences and methodologies. In 2010, she took over as financial director of the consulting company.

She has been acknowledged by the market and the governmental institutions which operate tax incentive and innovation promotion policies for her distinguished competence. Christimara has conquered and maintains the accounts of very demanding companies. After working with Fiat Automóveis and delivering above-expectation results, she has been recommended and since then works with other 8 companies of the automotive group. She is a tax attorney, graduated by the Federal University of Minas Gerais and has an Executive MBA by Getúlio Vargas Foundation.

Felipe Matos

Felipe Matos is a founding partner of Instituto Inovação Group. At Inventta, Felipe led the consolidation of the first international office of the consulting company, in Colombia, where he became Head of Operations and Projects. He participated in the construction of the partnership with NineSigma – open innovation platform based in the United States and coordinated the development of the Inventta.net System.

In Brazil, he manages projects with significant IT components.

An entrepreneur, with 16 years of age Felipe founded the Girando WAP portal – the first portal in Latin America for Internet access via cellular phone. The company was acquired by Takenet, where Felipe assumed the position of product manager before founding the Instituto Inovação Group.

Gustavo Mamão

Gustavo Mamão is a founding partner of Instituto Inovação Group and managing director of Inventta, consulting company of Instituto Inovação Group. He was responsible for the projects of the Belo Horizonte office, where he accumulated experience in innovation management and open innovation.

In 2003, he founded Verti Ecobusiness, a company which was incorporated by Instituto Inovação Group, before being invested in and acquired by a large national group.

He graduated in Business Administration by the Federal University of Minas Gerais. Currently, he is in the Massachussets Institute of Technologies (MIT), in a corporate education program.

Manuela Soares

Manuela de Melo Soares is a founding partner of Incentivar Consultoria, a company incorporated by Instituto Inovação Group. At Inventta, she consolidated the Financial Resources for Innovation area, in which she plays an important role developing competences and methodologies. Currently, she manages tax incentives to innovation projects and innovation promotion projects at companies like Usiminas, Fiat Automóveis, Magneti Marelli, Teksid, CNH, Iveco, Scania, Natura, Fibria, Suzano, ArcelorMittal, Bunge, Sadia and Kraft Foods.

She graduated at Ibmec in Business Administration. Before founding Incentivar, she worked in the private sector in activities such as development of business plans, mapping of technologies and opportunities, and technology valuation. She also worked in the evaluation of technologies in governmental programs for universities, at Instituto Inovação.

Paulo Renato Cabral

Paulo Renato Macedo Cabral is a founding partner and President of Instituto Inovação Group. Main executive of the company, he is an important leader in the holding, at Inventta and Inseed.

Prior to structuring the Instituto Inovação Group project, Paulo Renato played relevant roles in organizations – FIEMG, UFMG, Sebrae – and entrepreneurism and innovation projects.

Paulo taught entrepreneurism and innovation at major Brazilian universities.

Daniel Saad is the Director of Operations at Inventta and responsible for project management and prospection of new accounts, at the Campinas office.

He graduated in Electrical Engineering at UNICAMP, with one year studying Production Engineering at École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers, in France.

At Monitor, he participated in and coordinated projects related mainly to strategy, innovation and marketing at major companies like Votorantim, Alpargatas, Coca-Cola, Femsa and ING.

Pollyana Souza

Pollyana Souza is a project manager at Inventta, expert in projects of Financial Resources for Innovation.

She has more than 15 years of experience in tax consulting, having been part of companies like Construtora Andrade Gutierrez; PricewaterhouseCoopers; Gaia, Silva, Rolim e Associados; Banco Rural; Botelho, Spagnol e Advogados Associados.

She graduated in Law and Accounting Sciences at Pontíficia Universidade Católica of Minas Gerais (PUC-MG).

Ricardo Puga

Ricardo Creazzo Puga is the Director of Operations at Inventta. In Belo Horizonte, he is responsible for project management and prospection of new accounts.

He was senior leader in major companies such as Variglog, McKinsey & Co, Votorantim Cimentos and Monitor Group, where he accumulated knowledge in management, innovation, logistics, finance and strategy. Later on, he founded EG4+, his own consulting company, in which he was able to structure and implement unique projects that generated exceptional results for his clients.

He graduated in Naval Engineering at University of São Paulo (USP) and has an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management. He teaches at Fundação Dom Cabral, main Business School of the country.

Guilherme Luiz Pereira is a project manager at Inventta. He operates in projects with Science and Technology Institutions (ICTs) and has successfully worked with more than 40 Brazilian ICTs, such as Unicamp, USP, Unesp, Embrapa, Aeronautical Technology Center (CTA) and Institute of Technological Researches (IPT).

He also executes and coordinates projects with the private sector, having accumulated knowledge in technical and economic feasibility studies, development of business plans, mapping of technologies and opportunities, corporate venture, and management of tax incentives to technological innovation.

Janaína Bhering

Janayna Bhering Cardoso Bartholomeu was a coordinator before taking over this function and was able to successfully develop works in a number of consulting areas: projects to structure the innovation program of the Government of the State of Minas Gerais; mapping activities, technology assessment and transfer; projects of tax incentives to technological innovation.

She is a master in Food Sciences and Technology by the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV) and graduated in Food Engineering at the same university. Janayna is an expert in Statistics applied to process management – Black Belt.

Rafael Augusto is a project manager at Inventta. He has experience in innovation management, both at research centers and companies; and he has already coordinated the assessment of economic, technical and financial feasibility of more than 60 technologies.

In his list he has COPPE-UFRJ, Cemig and Petrobras.

Rafael graduated in Economics at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), he has a master degree in Production Engineering at the university, when he developed researches on product development management at beginner companies of technological base.

Renata Horta

Renata Guimarães Horta is a project manager in Organizational Culture and Education for Innovation projects at Inventta. She has recognized competence and vast experience in the development of organizational culture for innovation and in the application of learning practices for the development of entrepreneurial behavior.

Besides her experience in the private sector, she coordinates a large project which involves all public universities in the State of Minas Gerais. In Colombia, she worked in a similar program with several universities. Moreover, Renata participated in the structuring of the Embate workshop.

She graduated in Psychology at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), is a Master in Business Administration, with emphasis on Organizations and Human Resources, at the same university.
